Job Highlights – PC Center

The PC Center at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh offers free computer classes and open work time. I as an IT instructor and support staff member from June 2008 to December 2012.

  • Provided 1:1 assistance with resumes, spreadsheets, web searches, & more.
  • Performed reference services and technological support.
  • Developed new course material.
  • Designed and taught computer classes, including MS Office Suite, social networking and information literacy.
  • Wrote monthly online Staff Picks.
